This universe is based on songs by Radical Face. Songs : "The Gilded Hand" & "The Road To Nowhere"There was an abandoned factory on the industrial side of town, fit with "NO TRESPASSING" signs and chains that secured every possible entrance to ensure nobody could trespass in the building. Bars were installed in every window, which was peculiar because if there had been a threat of a fire in the past, nobody would have been able to get out alive. Far from busy highways and active neighboring builds, inside this factory lies a DARK SECRET.A scientist and sociopath by the name of ARTEMIS TOMB took ownership of the abandoned factory. Obsessed with the idea that human beings possessed "strange blood," of which he found evidence in his own daughter, he used this factory to bring in children that he found to be "special," possessing the same strange blood that gave them extraordinary abilities. Since many of the children born odd were runaways or had been abandoned by their families for being different, he would hunt the streets for them and bring them back to his factory. Once captive, he would experiment on them to further his research as to how such abilities were made possible. Many of the children were never seen again.The ones who did make their escape from this madman had a choice to make. If one man could go to such extreme lengths of experimentation and torture, there was no way for them to be sure that nobody else in the world wouldn't do the same thing. They had special abilities they didn't want anyone else to learn about or use against them. They didn't want to be harmed again in the same way that the Gilded Hand had harmed them. So they came up with the story that the scientist had kidnapped them and forced them to live there. They were tormented by a man who enjoyed inflicting emotional abuse on innocent children because of his own personal suffering.

PARANORMAL INVESTIGATOR VERSE. This verse takes place between the events of the first two movies. Lydia puts her medium skills to use and begins investigating paranormal cases to determine whether people are just scared of their own shadows or if their homes are seriously haunted and how she can help them.COLLEGE VERSE. This verse takes place while Lydia is at college trying to find her place in the world. The events that unfolded at the home still haunt her (no pun intended) and hint at what she should do with her life. Meanwhile, she goes to college to explore her photography skills.ANIMATED VERSE. This verse takes place within the animated series canon events. Lydia and Betelgeuse are best friends in this universe and she has the means to summon him whenever she pleases and enter the Netherworld to explore the supernatural phenomenom.

Nadja was born Nadja Kattskaya in the very late 1700s in Moscow, Russia. Being an only child, she felt the weight of her parents' hopes and dreams of making something out of their bright daughter on her shoulders. She discovered an enjoyment of dancing and was enrolled in ballet school at a young age. Soon, she was accepted by one of the most famous ballet companies in all Russia, the Mariinsky Ballet. There, she studied for many years and went long periods of time without ever seeing her family. By the time she was sixteen years old, she was already considered to be a prima ballerina. She had become a highly-skilled ballet dancer and often took the lead role in almost every performance that the theater put on. An elegant ballerina, she dazzled many and caught the attention of different men that were enamored by her performance and beauty. One of these men was Abraham Rabinovich, who, unbeknownst to her, was a vampire. He was fascinated by her beauty and innocence and gently pursued her.However, a man by the name of Aleksei Kozlov took the chance to pursue her. He was a shy young man who didn't come from very much, but his sister had married into a wealthy family. That gave him a chance to mingle with the social elite from time to time and be able to afford to go to different performances from plays to ballets. Coming to a ballet was how he met Nadja and gained the courage to approach her. The two began seeing each other and by the spring of the following year, they were to be married.The happy couple appeared to be one of great happiness and living carefree in their home along the beautiful Russian countryside. That happiness would be short-lived when tragedy struck one fateful night and her husband was brutally murdered at the hands of Abraham, the vampire that she had pined after her all those years ago. He had been following her life up until the point that he decided to take her for himself, which meant taking away the happy life that she had built for herself in the process. After killing them he set the homestead on fire. Outside, he forced a sobbing and screaming Nadja to watch as the house burned down and her husband burned to his deathFinally, as the fire turned into ash, Abraham viciously turned Nadja into a vampire, trapping her into eternal pain and suffering, and, most of all, bloodlust. Becoming something she didn't understand was confusing to her and the grief she felt for her family made it that much harder on her. The urge for drinking blood was something that she was not able to control and overwhelmed her. Nadja ended up killing the brother of a local farmer, her first taste of blood, and something that she craved more and more of, and hated herself for. Abraham mocked her for this, telling her that there was no point in resisting the beautiful monster that she was meant to be.There were long periods of time in her life where Nadja felt very dependent on Abraham despite knowing what an evil influence he was in her life. He coaxed her into doing awful, regrettable things. She would later suffer from PTSD from the things that he put her through, and she would never be the same again. It wasn't until the 1920s when she finally found the courage to claim her independence away from her maker. She had become a wiser and stronger vampire and stood up to the likes of him, vowing to hunt him down and slaughter him the way that he had slaughtered her own flesh and blood. Over time, she worked through her PTSD and began training herself in martial arts combat, knowledge of different weapons and how to use them, and became more athletic than just a ballerina practicing her balance. She didn't just plan on murdering Abraham, but hunting down all of the supernatural creatures she knew were monsters harming humans.

MAIN VERSE.This verse is technically a ‘free for all’ kind of verse where anything can happen surrounding the events that took place within the True Blood canon. I mostly use this verse to do things post-finale.VAMPIRE VERSE There was once sunlight that filled Sookie Stackhouse, but it was all snuffed out when Warlow fulfilled his promise to turn her into the monster that he was. His wish was to drink from her when he pleased, fuck her whenever he wanted . . . own her instead of loving her for eternity like he had manipulated her into believing. This verse is very flexible. Sometimes Warlow turned her but was then killed by Jason and Niall, leaving her alone to figure out becoming a vampire with a dead maker. Sometimes Warlow is alive and Sookie resents what he has done for her and hates him, wanting to get away from him.THE BOYS VERSE. In this universe, Sookie is a telepath. In exchange for paying off debts that would cause him to lose his house, Corbett Stackhouse agreed to allow Vought to inject his daughter with Compound V, a serum engineered to turn perfectly ordinary people extraordinary. As a young girl, she quickly showed off her ability to read other people's thoughts. Though he was the one who agreed to allow his daughter to become a superhero in the modern age, Corbett, as well as his wife, became afraid of what their daughter could do, as well as what she could find out. After feeling guilty for his actions and afraid that Vought could one day use his daughter, he came up with a ploy to kill her. Unfortunately, before he could get to the river to drown her in an "accident," the storm swept him and his wife away instead, accidentally killing them and leaving Sookie a survivor. Years later, Sookie tries to hide what she is, even though the world accepts that superheroes are everywhere. She minds her business working as a waitress, but as politics begin to change and heroes become villains, she inevitably gets dragged into their silent battles to protect other supes as well as the human race.AMERICAN GODS VERSE. Sookie is a faerie princess, her grandfather, Niall, is king of the faeries. For centuries now the faeries have been hunted by monsters. Most have been slaughtered, their numbers depleting, their kind scarce these days. Sookie spends her life on the run from those that hunt her, trying to survive as best as she can.HEROES VERSE. In this universe, Sookie is a telepath and involves herself in protecting the world from the future that Peter Petrelli sees and is trying to stop. She reaches out to Parkman to help with her ability, learning that she can not only read minds but control them.

MURDER HOUSE I. This verse takes place within the first few months that the Harmons move into the infamous Murder House in California. Violet is still alive in this verse.MURDER HOUSE II. This verse takes place after Violet taker her life in the Murder House and becomes another trapped ghost.ASYLUM. After Violet found out that her boyfriend was actually a ghost stuck in the house she lived in, she tried to take her life by swallowing as many pills as she could force down her throat. Instead of the house claiming her as another one of its ghosts, she suvives. Thinking that she needs clinical help, her dad checks her into Briarcliff. Now while she's forced to work on her own psyche, she's trapped in the same asylum as nuns who get off on punishments and the alleged Bloody Face Killer.

WINNIE'S BIOGRAPHY.

SONG WINNIE IS BASED ON: "The Dead Waltz"ABIGAIL NORTHCOTE had always struggled with SCHIZOPHRENIA. The prodromal stage, in which she was diagnosed with as a child, advanced into active schizophrenia shortly after she graduated from high school. Though the illness itself made her feel like she was a burden unto herself, the antipsychotic drugs she was prescribed sometimes made her feel even worse. A few years of medication and therapy helped her cope with her illness and feel like she could fit in with the rest of the world again. Everything in her life was feeling so normal, including dating.TOM HADLEY was literally the boy-next-door who'd had a thing for Abigail since they were in school together. It took a long time to convince her to even go on a date with him, but once they did, they were inseparable after that. He was everything she needed him to be - caring and patient at her worst moments, and exciting and loving at her best moments. They married within a few short years, and on one early afternoon of February 3, WINNIE HADLEY was born. Abigail never loved anything or anyone more in her life. Maybe Tom wasn't even the love of her life, she thought as she looked into her newborn's bright blue eyes.THE LITTLE FAMILY DIDN'T STAY HAPPY FOR LONG, HOWEVER. Winnie was only five years old when she began SLEEPWALKING. Abigail used to tease that she should put bells around her ankles at night so she'd know when her daughter was up and about the house, but she was worried that something more serious was happening. By the time she was eight, Winnie was sleepwalking outside in her pajamas. Her father had to chase her down in the woods behind their house one night, and that's when her parents decided to take her to the doctors to find out what was happening. Secretly, Abigail was worried that she'd passed her illness down to her child. The doctors scratched their heads, unable to pinpoint the true cause of Winnie's sleepwalking, but prescribed her medication to help her sleep at night.ENTER THE GILDED HAND. One day after school, both Winnie and her cousin, JUDE THOMSON, were kidnapped by a man who called himself THE GILDED HAND. They were taken to an abandoned factory where a few other children were already being held. At this factory, the alchemist would perform experiments on the children, studying them, figuring out what made them so extraordinary, and how he could use that for himself.He found out that not only was Winnie a sleepwalker, but she could COMMUNICATE WITH THE DEAD. It wasn't as simple as what you saw on television. She didn't close her eyes and let the spirits talk through her, but she was a conduit for them all the same. Winnie was a gateway for the spirits to be able to find her and communicate with her. They also had the ability to possess her if they got too close to her "light". Her body naturally expelled them, unable to contain the strength of a spirit for very long, not giving them the chance to ever permanently attach themselves to their host. Once they would leave her body, Winnie wasn't able to snap right back "into character," so to speak. She was left finding her way back to the forefront of her mind, which caused her to temporarily sleepwalk.The Gilded Hand had never seen something like this before. She truly was no ordinary sleepwalker. Spirits were drawn to her like a moth to the flame. They sought out her light, sought to both be seen by the living again, as well as move on into the final stage of death - heaven, hell, if either existed. Traumatized by what she was going through, Winnie stuck mainly to herself. She shared a room with a few other children but hardly ever spoke to them. Sometimes she scared them when she would sleepwalk because nobody was sure what to do, especially knowing that she could be possessed by strange spirits. Over time, she forgot so many memories about her life - what her mother’s face looked like, what her house looked like, and the sound of music playing from the cassette player in her bedroom. So many memories were lost, especially the more she was put through by the alchemist and the years spent alone, hardly saying a word to anyone.The day of their escape finally came when the Gilded Hand mysteriously died. Nobody was sure how it happened, but they wasted no time in escaping together. To protect the ones with special abilities, all of the children (though most of them were much older now) came up with a solid story. They would claim that the Gilded Hand kept them working in the factory and tortured them. It wasn’t a lie either, just some details left out to protect each other. The children found their way to help and safety. Many children were reunited with their families, but there were also plenty of children who weren’t as lucky and were placed in foster homes.Winnie was briefly reunited with her parents, only to find that her mother was in and out of mental health facilities when her schizophrenia was bad. She was mainly taken care of by her father, a man who felt like a stranger to her now. He was different from how she remembered - distant, hardened, and burdened. She leaned heavily on her cousin, Jude, and his family, who lived in the same town.

AHS: ASYLUM. Winnie returned home, but she returned home differently. The trauma she endured while under captivity was hardly helped, except that was to be expected. A mother with scizophrenia worked hard enough taking care of herself; it was hard to keep up with an adolescent child who "thought" the dead talked to her. Her sleepwalking got worse. She disappeared from her bed and was found the next evening lost in the woods, bruised, and suffering from hypothermia. It was decided the girl needed help, but in the worst way imaginable. BRIARCLIFF. A place where help meant electroshock therapy and beatings from the nuns if patients misbehaved. A place for a young girl who claimed she talked to the dead and they were the reason she sleptwalked her way into the woods almost weekly. Being in an asylum only made things worse for her. Every time she sleptwalked was another excuse to electroshock her.
